Our Senior Academy are in action this weekend with their loan clubs across Yorkshire.

Harry Davey will start for Huddersfield RUFC against Stourbridge.  Huddersfield have recently signed former Carnegie Academy graduate Sam Allan and he will join Davey, who has been a regular points scorer for Huddersfield this season, helping them to sixth place in National League 2 North.

Otley RUFC are twelfth in the same division and they face Sedgley Park on Saturday, looking to bounce back from last week’s narrow defeat against Leicester Lions.  They will be boosted by Carnegie players Ben Smith, Tom Bullough and Shaun Crouch.

Wharfedale are just one place behind Otley in the league and they face an away trip to Blaydon. Tom Mann has been named in the starting line up for the fixture and Harry Dunne is on the bench.

Oli Fox and Charlie Capps, will return to action for Hull Ionians who host Bishop’s Stortford in the National One fixture as they look to claim their sixth win of the season.

Scott Barrow, Academy Player Performance Coach for Yorkshire Carnegie said: “It’s great to see so many of our players involved with their loan clubs this weekend.  Getting game experience is invaluable to our players and we would like to thank each of these clubs for assistiting our players in their development.”
