Yorkshire Carnegie Head Coach James Lowes has made two changes to his side for this Saturday’s clash with high flying Ealing Trailfinders.

The two sides met in last season’s Greene King IPA Championship semi final when Yorkshire went through to the Final over the two legs. Yorkshire Carnegie star Pete Lucock will become only the sixth player in the club’s history to start 100 league games for the club. Lucock follows in the footsteps of Mike Shelley, Mark Luffman, Tom Palmer, Rob Rawlinson and Ryan Burrows in starting a century of league games for the club although he will do it in the unusual position of fly half.

Lowes has named an unchanged backline from the team that defeated Bedford Blues last time out at Emerald Headingley. There are two changes in the forwards. Skipper Richard Mayhew starts in the back row after making his return from injury as a replacement against Bedford, Josh Bainbridge reverts to the bench, whilst Joe Buckle returns at hooker after concussion to replace Mike Mayhew, who has joined Aviva Premiership side Harlequins on loan.

On the bench there is one further change with England U18s international scrum half Oliver Fox coming in for Max Green, who has joined Bath Rugby.
