Former England Sevens player Alex Gray and young winger Taylor Prell have both been released from the remainder of their contracts with Yorkshire Carnegie.

Gray joined the club this season having previously played at Newcastle Falcons and London Irish. The 25-year-old moved from the back row to centre on his return to the fifteen man game with Carnegie this season. In total he made eight appearances, scoring one try.

20-year-old Taylor Prell made his debut made his debut in 2014 for Yorkshire Carnegie and has made 35 appearances in all competitions, scoring thirteen tries, since then.

Both players were due to be out of contract this summer and the club have agreed to their requests to be released early to look at other options.
