Yorkshire Carnegie Head Coach Bryan Redpath said there was plenty of reasons for optimism after his side lost to Aviva Premiership side Bath at Ilkley.

The game finished with both teams scoring twice and Redpath said his team can taken plenty of confidence from the  performance.

He commented, "I told the lads that they can be pleased with their performance. We scored twice and probably let a couple of more chances go. We have another tough test at Wasps next Sunday and we can take a lot of elements from today into that game."
