Just three changes have been made to Nottingham Rugby’s starting XV, as they prepare to take on Yorkshire Carnegie, in front of the live television cameras at Headingley Carnegie Stadium, this Sunday (3pm kick-off).

The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, with the Green and Whites eager to impress in front of a large TV audience and keen to build on their 22-18 bonus point home win over Ealing Trailfinders, two weeks ago.

Prop Conor Carey returns to the starting line-up, after a short ban and then featuring on the bench for the win over Ealing. Carey will be utilised at loosehead rather than his usual tighthead position.

Murray McConnell once again makes a straight swap with fellow scrum half Darryl Veenendaal, with the latter featuring amongst the replacements, whilst outside centre Ben Woods also starts, with Joe Cobden dropping to the bench.
