Moseley fans travelled in numbers last week only to see their team take an unexpected thumping from an Ealing side who had clearly done all their homework in preparation for the match. With the visit of Yorkshire Carnegie to Birmingham tomorrow the Moseley players are given a quick chance to win back their pride, and supporters will be looking for a much better performance.

When these two sides last met in the autumn at Headingley Carnegie the home side won by a wide margin, and indeed the Leeds-based side have had the upper hand in these fixtures for the most part since League rugby began. The notable exception was in 2008 when Mose unexpectedly but deservedly took their scalp in the EDF Trophy final at Twickenham.

After the disappointment of last week's performance in London Kevin Maggs has made several changes to the Moseley side. Significantly in the backs Aaron Pinches, Drew Cheshire and Glyn Hughes all return from injury. In the pack Tom Fidler, Jordan Onojaife and Ben Nutley make the starting line-up.
