David Doherty took his career total tries for Yorkshire Carnegie to 48 with two more in the defeat at Doncaster and the winger says it was good to get back on the scoresheet.

Doherty crossed for two tries but said it was the attacking threat of the team that most pleased him. Speaking after the game he said, "It was good to get the chances, we have been getting better in recent weeks as a backline and created more chances, my job on the wing is to make sure I am in the right position to make the most of those chances. Chris Walker did brilliantly for the try he set me up for. He is one of the best around and he had the vision to set up the try which is great for any winger."
