Roundhegians are the latest club to receive the Yorkshire Carnegie Community Club of the month award, which they collected at half time during Yorkshire Carnegie’s game against Cornish Pirates.

The accolade recognises their efforts to support Yorkshire Carnegie this season with their superb attendances at Yorkshire Carnegie home games and also their support with additional community events throughout the season.

Receiving the award on behalf of the club today will be Ed Mensah who is their Club Affiliation contact for Yorkshire Carnegie. Commenting on the award community manager Adam Blades said: “Throughout the season Ed and Roundhegians have shown overwhelming support for Yorkshire Carnegie on and off the pitch. Hopefully the small recognition that we are showing them will go a long way in thanking them for their continued support which we hope will continue in the coming seasons.”
