Yorkshire Carnegie have listened to their fans and are currently in the process of changing to a brand new ticketing system.

We are always receiving feedback via the Fans Forum with regards to the online userability of our current ticketing system and we decided earlier this year that it was time to change! So we went out into the market to find the best system out there that has ticketing and sports at the forefront of their objectives and have invested in a new system which we believe will help best meet the needs of our fans.
 
Our current ticketing partners, Audience View, have had a great relationship with us for the last 10 years however we are looking to move our ticketing system onto the next level. We have therefore formed a partnership with Advanced Ticketing who are currently working with the likes of Everton FC, Liverpool FC, Harlequins RU and Silverstone F1 Circuit.
 
The new system is due to go live on Wednesday 13th January at 9am however in order to ensure everything is present and correct, the ticketing operation will not be available from 12noon on Wednesday 6th January until 9am on Wednesday 13th January.
 
A process like this is a very big project therefore during this downtime we will be unable to process any tickets or access our current system either at the Leeds Rugby Store, over the phone or online. Therefore if your ticket bookings or request are not urgent, we would suggest you wait until after Wednesday 13th January to contact us.
