Prop James Tideswell will join fellow Yorkshire Carnegie team mates Oli Goss and Jarad Williams on loan at Huddersfield RUFC this week as all three look to prove their fitness to Carnegie boss Bryan Redpath.

Goss and Williams made their bow for Huddersfield last weekend in a 20-17 home defeat at the hands of fellow National II North strugglers Tynedale.

Gareth Lewis, the Lockwood Park side's Head Coach told the Huddersfield Examiner last week, “Although the lads are likely to be with us only short term, I think they will be great additions.

“They come highly recommended by Ben Harris and will bring proven quality, experience, professionalism and leadership – all of which are required. I’m sure this news will be an added boost after last week’s win at Broadstreet and continues are excellent relationship with Yorkshire Carnegie.”

Yorkshire Carnegie will play their next British & Irish Cup game at Lockwood Park on Sunday 17th January when Munster A are the visitors which will further enhance the link between the two clubs.
