We are currently looking for a Commercial Sales Co-ordinator to work within the Commercial Sales department. This is a fixed term contract for 10 months from 4th January 2016 until 31st October 2016 to cover maternity leave.
The role is based at Headingley Carnegie Stadium and will report to the Commercial Sales Director.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all season and one off corporate hospitality bookings and the production of tickets, information and itineraries. You will also support our Head of Customer Experience by being the point of contact for our disabled supporters.
This customer focused role requires strong interpersonal skills to enable you to communicate, work and liaise with customers and colleagues at various levels. You will be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines. You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Other key responsibilities include hosting corporate events, the production of match day operation instructions, liaising with other departments with regards events and numbers and supporting our busy ticket sales department.
This is a full time role. You will be expected to work flexibly within the existing teams and the role will require you to work match nights and other weekend and evening events.
The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
