Nineteen year old Max Green is set to make his Yorkshire Carnegie debut this Sunday when Bryan Redpath’s side take on Ealing Trailfinders at Headingley Carnegie, kick off 3pm.

Green, a student at Leeds Beckett University, has impressed former international scrum half Redpath in pre-season training and earns his call up in the same week that he was named in the latest England U20 training squad.
Green is one of six changes to the side that won at Rotherham last week. He replaces Chris Pilgrim whilst Seb Stegmann returns to the starting line up in place of Christian Georgiou with Jonah Holmes reverting to full back.  The third change in the back line sees James Fitzpatrick, who impressed off the bench against Rotherham, coming in for Pete Lucock.
In the forwards, captain Chris Jones will start off the bench after recovering this week from an injury picked up against the Titans, so Ryan Burrows will lead the side out with Jarad Williams coming into the back row for Jones. James Tideswell starts at tight head prop after two replacement appearances so far this season whilst Dean Schofield coming in for Mike Myerscough.
