We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Experience Sales Executive to work within our customer facing departments. The role holder will report to the Head of Customer Experience and assist in providing excellent customer service.

You will undertake duties at Headingley Carnegie Stadium within our ticket sales department and our retail operation. Your duties will include a wide variety of office and administrative tasks. You will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to connect, work and liaise with customers and colleagues of different backgrounds, abilities and needs. Previous experience in ticketing and IT knowledge is desirable.

The successful applicants will understand the importance of working with others and being a team player and you will be expected to work flexibly within the existing team.

This is a full time role with a requirement to work weekends and some evenings. The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
