Yorkshire Carnegie coach Tommy McGee says he is reading nothing into the recent form of either side ahead of Saturday’s massive derby clash with Rotherham Titans.

Carnegie defeated high flying Nottingham at home last week but lost to Doncaster heavily the week before whilst Rotherham were beaten by Worcester last weekend 49-10.

Looking ahead to the game, McGee said, "This is a derby clash so you can not read anything into their form or ours for that matter. We did have a good win over Nottingham last week but we were terrible at Doncaster the week before. We need to get some consistency into our performances now and we need to back up last week's win. We have got Jack Walker, Paul Hill and Josh Bainbridge back from England U20 duties this week, which has been a boost and David Doherty is fit again so he will feature too.

"Unfortunately Mike Myerscough suffered a bit of a set back last week and we need to manage Richard Beck's injury sensibly after he produced an outstanding showing last week," added McGee.
