Nottingham Rugby heads to Headingley Carnegie on Sunday to face Yorkshire Carnegie in the Greene King IPA Championship.

The Green and Whites will be hoping to return to winning ways after back to back defeats against Jersey and Worcester.

The strength of the Championship continues to shine with surprise results becoming commonplace.  Nottingham head into the match placed comfortably in fourth position despite the two defeats after the teams around them also dropped points.

Nottingham will not underestimate Yorkshire as they have shown they are a far better side than their league position suggests in recent matches.

Martin Haag's side are boosted by the return of Paul Grant for this match after he missed the Worcester match with a knock.  He comes back in at Number 8 with Tom Calladine moving to the flank and Brent Wilson switching flanks.  Tom Price is also available for selection for this weekend and replaces Rupert Cooper in the second row.  The only other change in the pack sees Conor Carey come in at prop in place of Michael Holford.

After impressing in recent weeks, Rory Lynn replaces Will Maisey at fly half while Ed Styles lines up at outside centre with Nick Carpenter dropping to the bench.  Tiff Eden, who has joined on a dual registration from Worcester, starts on the bench.
