Tommy McGee has made six changes to the side that defeated Ulster Ravens last week for this Saturday’s trip to Rotherham Titans in the British & Irish Cup.

Yorkshire Carnegie need a point to progress to the knock out stages of the competition for the second consecutive season whilst Rotherham are already pool winners having won all five of their games so far.

Two of the changes come in the back line with David McIlwaine coming to replace Rob Vickerman, who suffered an injury scoring in last Sunday's win over Ulster at Huddersfield YMCA whilst Chris Pilgrim returns to the side with Matt Dudman starting amongst the replacements this week.

In the forwards, Charlie Beech, who scored in the bonus point win over Ulster, and Lee Imiolek are in the front row whilst Chris Walker has recovered from the illness that ruled him out last week and Ryan Burrows will skipper the side at number eight against his former club.

Youngster Luke Peters is set to make his debut off the bench. The Portsmouth born centre, moved to Leeds to attend University and his performances for the Leeds Beckett University team, who are coach by Tommy McGee, saw him selected to train for the first team this close season. He is studying for a degree in Quantity Surveying and has previously been part of the Academy at London Irish.
